Orchesis auditions will be held Wednesday May 9, from 4:14 - 6:30 pm. Prospective members are asked to sign up for an audition time slot in the Art Gallery. Applications are now available to this year’s Freshmen and Sophomores for the Barrington Area United Way Youth Board. If you are selected for this terrific leadership opportunity, your obligation is to be an active, participating board member through your senior year; must be able to attend monthly meetings and participate in youth board activities, work with adult board, and mentor new youth board members each year. See Mrs. Bauer in the GRC if you are interested. Completed applications are due by May 4th.
Volunteer at Sunny Hill School's Family Health Fair on Fri., May 4th from 5:45-8:15pm. Help out in the areas of healthy food choices, physical fitness activities, or dental health. Spanish translators are also needed. Sign up with Mrs. Bauer in the GRC.
Help Barbara Rose School with their Ice Cream Social on Fri., May 4th from 6:45-9:15pm. Volunteers will be helping with ice cream scooping & toppings, or face painting and tattoos. See Mrs. Bauer in the GRC.
There are several openings for volunteers at Good Shepherd Hospital's "Spring Into Health" Kids Fair on Sat., May 19th. The shifts are 9:30-12 or 11:30-2. See Mrs. Bauer for more information.
Countryside School needs volunteers for the Countryside Cares 5K Walk/Run on Sat., May 19th from 8:30am-12:30pm. Help with set up, registration, refreshments, race course, water stations and clean up. Sign up with Mrs. Bauer in the GRC.

You can Kiss Your Senior Goodbye by sending him or her a candy gram to make the last days of high school memorable. Key club is selling Hershey kisses bundles with personalized cards for $3 in the cafeteria during 4, 5, 6, & 7 lunches. Orders will be taken through May 4th on the following dates: Thursday, 4/26, Friday, 4/27; and Monday, 4/30 thru Friday, 5/4. Order forms are also available on-line. The personalized card will be delivered to your senior's first scheduled class on May 22nd. Candy pick-up will be May 22nd and 23rd after school in the Jr. Commons. Must have your card to pick-up your candy gram.
